Sunroom Addition
“I know it’s been awhile but I have been meaning to write you. Joanne and I would like to tell you how pleased we are with the sunroom addition that your crew installed awhile back. It took us some time to furnish it just like we always imagined, but we now are so thrilled with its rich appearance. Our visitors are amazed of the plan and the beauty, especially during the winter with the snow gently falling over the glass. We also enjoy the rising of the welcoming Fall sun gently peaking through the eastern sky between the pine trees while we leisurely read the Sunday paper. The falling summer rains trickling down the tinted glass on the roof panels is a sight to behold. Needless to say, we spend many summer evenings relaxing here now that we have incorporated a great flat screen on the side panels. Also for me, it is a new and delightful man cave while Joanne is banging pots and pans or watching her “lifetime channel”. She also enjoys decorating it to the limits with every imaginable Christmas decoration she can find, and wants to leave them up all year and just sit there staring at the stars drifting away to a perfect world.
Before our little Maltese, Angel, passed away last year it was her favorite place to be alone and just lay in the sun for a mid day snooze, or warm up on the heated tile floor that you recommended during the winter. I do recommend your suggestion of the added built-in wall heater, A/C for your new customers. They are perfect accessories worth the money.

“We are expressing our 100% satisfaction with the Four Seasons Conservatory sunroom’s foundation and floor framing re-construction work that your firm recently completed for us. This room’s wood framing and foundation were improperly installed in 2000 by another firm. Over the intervening period, that lack of construction quality and methods led to extensive framing and foundation deterioration due to water leakage and contact with the soil.

Sunroom Addition
“We are very pleased with the recent sun-room addition that was constructed by your firm this past summer. The room has turned out to be exactly what we had hoped for. Nancy has been able to entertain her many friends in the room on a regular basis. The opportunity to enjoy the sun streaming into the room is very uplifting for the spirit. The room is well constructed and continues to be comfortable to use during the winter months on the sunny days. The company was very professional and the employees were easy to work with and were willing to be flexible in working out the many details that were part of the construction process. We had a modem linked vinyl floor installed and vertical blinds were then installed around the entire expanse of the windows. The combination of the ceiling fan and the air conditioner unit keeps the room cool on the really hot days until it cools down enough in the early evening to open the windows. On the moderately warm days, the combination of the open windows and the ceiling fan keeps the room comfortable. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner in the new room and our guests were quite happy to be out there enjoying the spirit of the day.
It was definitely worth going with the well insulated floor and ceiling. It makes the room comfortable for use when we choose to run the heater on the cooler days. We would definitely recommend this company to erect this type of structure.”
